Payment Policy

All prices and charges on DeskelleHome.com are displayed and processed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Subject to availability during checkout, we accept:

• Discover;

• PayPal;

• Shop Pay;

• Apple Pay;

• Google Pay.

We do not accept:

• Cash on delivery;

• Personal or business checks;

• Money orders;

• Direct bank transfers;

• Cryptocurrency.

Deskelle Home does not currently operate its own installment payment program. Any third-party accelerated checkout or payment service is governed by that provider’s terms.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Payment information must be accurate and authorized for use.

Your selected payment method may be authorized when the order is submitted and charged according to the checkout process.

An authorization hold may temporarily appear even if an order is later canceled or declined. The timing for releasing an authorization hold is controlled by your financial institution.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated during checkout based on the order and delivery destination, as required by law.

PAYMENT SECURITY

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers.

Deskelle Home does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We may review, delay, decline, or cancel an order if:

• Payment cannot be authorized;

• Information cannot be verified;

• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

PAYMENT ERRORS

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly at support@deskellehome.com.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund eligibility and processing times are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
