These Terms of Sale apply to products purchased through DeskelleHome.com.
They supplement our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.

ORDER PROCESS
Products placed in a shopping cart are not reserved.
By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the selected products at the price and under the conditions shown during checkout.
We may accept the order by confirming fulfillment or shipment.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order before shipment because of:

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount charged to the original payment method.

PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated during checkout.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method displayed during checkout.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may be modified or discontinued as permitted by law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately.
Product colors may vary because of lighting, screen settings, materials, and ordinary manufacturing variations.
Product measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
Product availability may change without notice. We will not substitute a product without customer consent.
DELIVERY
We ship only to eligible physical addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.
Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. After shipment, estimated transit time is 3-8 business days.

ORDER INSPECTION
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect product within 7 days after delivery.
Keep the original packaging and provide photographs when possible.
This reporting period helps us investigate carrier and fulfillment problems and does not eliminate any rights that cannot legally be waived.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping for preference-based returns.
Deskelle Home pays reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection.

PRODUCT USE
Products must be used only for their intended purpose and according to all supplied assembly, placement, care, weight, and safety instructions.
Deskelle Home is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms do not limit warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, together with applicable federal law and non-waivable protections in the customer’s jurisdiction.
